BioI just moved to Colorado in May 2006. I'm 25 miles south of Pueblo on a 40 acre horse ranch. I love riding my horses every day that I can, with my wonderful husband. I currently have a 15 yr old Appendix Quarter gelding and a 14 yr old quarter horse gelding. Next year I'm buying a leopard appy filly to train myself! I also have three labs, one of each color. They're the only babies I have at home now.
I love to make art. I make art out of about anything I can get my hands on. I love painting, collage, altering altoid tins, making jewelry and making art books.
Currently I am crazy about making ATC's. Artist Trading Cards are 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 miniature pieces of art. They can be any medium and subject. I trade them at a local in-person group in Albuquerque and through the mail, with other artists around the world. Anyone can contact me for a trade. I also collect postcards. I love to trade postcards with people around the world. My postcard box holds about 600 cards from 17 countries starting in the early 1900's.
My favorite things are:
*COLORS* earthy yellow, orange, red, gold, bronze
*MUSIC* jazz (any), country (old and new), christian, new age
*FOOD* Italian, Japanese, Italian, Seafood & Italian
*MOVIES* Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, An Affair to Remember
*BOOKS* The Horse Whisperer, Anything Thomas Hardy, Poetry
